Through retrospective review and analysis of the 194 cases, the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of Pediatric OSAHS was observed and assessed. Results The 194 cases all achieved good effects. Follow-up visits found that snoring disappeared completely or remained only slightly 6~12 months after the operation.140 cases were cured, 52 cases demonstrated beneficial effect and only 2 cases showed no effect. The effective rate was 98.9%.Conclusion Tonsillectomy combined with adenoidectomy with nasal endoscopic and electric planer through oral cavity under general anaesthesia has a significant effect of treating Pediatric OSAHS, which is worthy of clinical application.
