采用IC-ALR的新型工艺处理含有大量蛋白质、碳水化合物的去油脂泔水。结果表明,在适应期采用快速提升负荷的方式有利于提高污泥的活性,加速污泥颗粒化;稳定运行期,当进水有机浓度达到22.4 g/L时,COD去除率高达91.7%,出水中9.2~10.1 mmol/L的VFA含量不会影响IC 的稳定运行。利用ALR处理IC厌氧消化液,当进水COD和NH3-N浓度分别达到1850和420 mg/L时,ALR反应器能够去除进水中75%的COD和91%的氨氮,出水COD和NH3-N浓度分别为420和40 mg/L。

The degreasing swill with rich protein and carbohydrates was treated by new internal circulation reac-tor (IC)-airlift loop reactor (ALR)process.The results show that rapidly increasing load in the start-up peri-od can improve the activity of the sludge and accelerate sludge granulation.During stable operation period, when the COD concentration of influent reached 22.4 g/L,the COD removal rate was 9 1.7%.The VFA of ef-fluent between 9.2 and 10.1 mmol/L did not adversely affect the stable operation of the IC.The effluent of IC reactor was treated by ALR reactor.When COD and NH3-N concentration reached 1 850 and 420 mg/L,ALR could remove 75% of the organic matter and 91 percent of ammonia.The concentration of effluent COD and NH3-N is 420 and 40 mg/L respectively.
