采用正交试验设计研究了Keggin型P-V-Mo-W四元系列杂多酸H4PVMoxW11-xO40·nH2O (x=1,2,3,4)催化冰乙酸和正丁醇合成乙酸正丁酯的反应,得出最佳反应条件如下:正丁醇与冰乙酸的物质量比为1.2∶1,催化剂的用量为冰乙酸质量的0.5%,反应时间为40 min,酯化率达到88.52%。该系列杂多酸的酯化率随钨原子数的增加而提高。
採用正交試驗設計研究瞭Keggin型P-V-Mo-W四元繫列雜多痠H4PVMoxW11-xO40·nH2O (x=1,2,3,4)催化冰乙痠和正丁醇閤成乙痠正丁酯的反應,得齣最佳反應條件如下:正丁醇與冰乙痠的物質量比為1.2∶1,催化劑的用量為冰乙痠質量的0.5%,反應時間為40 min,酯化率達到88.52%。該繫列雜多痠的酯化率隨鎢原子數的增加而提高。

n-Butyl acetate was synthesized by acetic acid and n-butyl alcohol in orthogonal experimental design using the Keggin-type P-V-Mo-W heteropolyacids H4PVMoxW11 -xO40·nH2O (x=1,2,3,4)as catalysts. The optimum conditions are:the mole ratio of n-butyl alcohol to acetic acid is 1.2∶1;the mass ratio of catalyst to acetic acid is 0.5%,reflux time is 40 minutes and the esterification rate reaches up to 88.52%.As the number of wolfram atom in this Keggin-type P-V-Mo-W heteropolyacids increased,the esterification rate was im-proved.
