为了更准确地为攀枝花烟区红花大金元烟叶的综合质量评价提供可靠依据,通过对攀枝花烟区3个区县105个红花大金元烟叶样品进行常规化学成分的分析测试,并利用因子分析法对烟叶样品的化学成分及其比值进行了综合评价。结果表明,攀枝花烟区红大烟叶主要化学成分总体比较协调,其总糖、还原糖含量偏高,烟叶钾含量偏低。红大烟叶主要化学成分间主要表现为含氮化合物与含碳化合物呈显著负相关,总氮与总植物碱呈显著正相关;对主要化学成分及衍生成分进行因子提取得到3个主因子,代表其方差贡献率的80%以上,其中碳氮因子贡献率最高,燃烧性因子次之。在烟叶生产中应当加强烟叶氮肥、钾肥和氯肥的调控,协调烤烟各化学成分间的配比,促进各化学指标的协调性和质量稳定性。
為瞭更準確地為攀枝花煙區紅花大金元煙葉的綜閤質量評價提供可靠依據,通過對攀枝花煙區3箇區縣105箇紅花大金元煙葉樣品進行常規化學成分的分析測試,併利用因子分析法對煙葉樣品的化學成分及其比值進行瞭綜閤評價。結果錶明,攀枝花煙區紅大煙葉主要化學成分總體比較協調,其總糖、還原糖含量偏高,煙葉鉀含量偏低。紅大煙葉主要化學成分間主要錶現為含氮化閤物與含碳化閤物呈顯著負相關,總氮與總植物堿呈顯著正相關;對主要化學成分及衍生成分進行因子提取得到3箇主因子,代錶其方差貢獻率的80%以上,其中碳氮因子貢獻率最高,燃燒性因子次之。在煙葉生產中應噹加彊煙葉氮肥、鉀肥和氯肥的調控,協調烤煙各化學成分間的配比,促進各化學指標的協調性和質量穩定性。

The main chemical constituents of 105 leaf samples of flue-cured tobacco (cv. Honghuadajinyuan) from 3 counties in Panzhihua were analyzed to provide scientific basis for comprehensive quality evaluation. The main chemical constituents and ratio of tobacco leaves was comprehensive evaluated by factor analysis. The results showed that the main chemical constituents of tobacco leaves in Panzhihua were harmonious in general. The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar were relatively high, but contents of potassium were relatively low. There was a significant negative correlation between the nitrogen compounds and carbon containing compound, and there was a significant positive correlation between the total nitrogen and total alkaloid in the main chemical constituents of the tobacco leaves. Three main factors from the main chemical constituents and derivative composition were obtained by factor analysis, representing 80%of total variance. The contribution rate of carbon nitrogen factor was the highest and the factor of combustion took second place. The application rates of nitrogen, potassium fertilizers and green manure need to be controlled in tobacco field production, so that the ratio of every chemical constituents in flue-cured tobacco can be coordinated.
