为明确黑龙江省烟草角斑病菌生理小种的遗传分化,本试验将在黑龙江省主要烟区采集到的19个烟草角斑病菌菌株通过针刺接种法接种到36个供试烟草品种上,通过对供试烟草品种病情指数的差异性分析和聚类分析,筛选了一套鉴定烟草野火病菌生理小种的鉴别寄主体系,利用这套鉴别寄主将19个供试菌株划分为5个生理小种。
為明確黑龍江省煙草角斑病菌生理小種的遺傳分化,本試驗將在黑龍江省主要煙區採集到的19箇煙草角斑病菌菌株通過針刺接種法接種到36箇供試煙草品種上,通過對供試煙草品種病情指數的差異性分析和聚類分析,篩選瞭一套鑒定煙草野火病菌生理小種的鑒彆寄主體繫,利用這套鑒彆寄主將19箇供試菌株劃分為5箇生理小種。

To identify the heredity differentiation of physiologic races of Heilongjiang Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci, total 19 isolates of Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci collected from Heilongjiang province were inoculated onto 36 tobacco varieties using pin-prick inoculation. Differential host was screened out by difference analysis and cluster analysis on disease index to determine the resistance of the varieties tested, which was selected to identify different physiologic races of Pseudomonas syringae pv.tabaci. According to the above system, the 19 isolates were divided as 5 physiologic races.
