目的：对不同胎龄早产儿的血红蛋白（Hb ）水平进行1年的动态监测，为早产儿贫血的综合防治提供依据。方法2005年1月至2012年12月中日友好医院新生儿科收治的早产儿。以胎龄是否满34周为界分为早期早产儿组和晚期早产儿组，门诊随访1年。对两组早产儿Hb值和贫血发生率进行比较。结果（1）两组早产儿Hb水平都是在生后1.5个月降至最低值（分别为99.7±16.9 g/L和108.0±18.0 g/L），之后晚期早产儿组持续上升，而早期早产儿组在3个月时出现第二次下降（97.2±22.5 g/L）。（2）两组早产儿的Hb平均值在生后1.5、2、3、4个月龄时差异有显著性（均为 P＜0.05）。生后2、3、4、6个月龄时的贫血发生率差异有显著性（均为 P＜0.05）。结论早期早产儿贫血持续时间可长达3～4个月；应该重视早产儿1岁以内贫血的随访。
목적：대불동태령조산인적혈홍단백（Hb ）수평진행1년적동태감측，위조산인빈혈적종합방치제공의거。방법2005년1월지2012년12월중일우호의원신생인과수치적조산인。이태령시부만34주위계분위조기조산인조화만기조산인조，문진수방1년。대량조조산인Hb치화빈혈발생솔진행비교。결과（1）량조조산인Hb수평도시재생후1.5개월강지최저치（분별위99.7±16.9 g/L화108.0±18.0 g/L），지후만기조산인조지속상승，이조기조산인조재3개월시출현제이차하강（97.2±22.5 g/L）。（2）량조조산인적Hb평균치재생후1.5、2、3、4개월령시차이유현저성（균위 P＜0.05）。생후2、3、4、6개월령시적빈혈발생솔차이유현저성（균위 P＜0.05）。결론조기조산인빈혈지속시간가장체3～4개월；응해중시조산인1세이내빈혈적수방。
Objective To compare the hemoglobin(Hb)level and incidence of preterm anemia in two different gestational age groups and to investigate more effective and reasonable treatment on anemia of prematurity during the first year of life.Methods Retrospective survey were used to analyze the Hb and incidence of anemia on preterm infants who were followed-up more than 1 year’s old at our hospital from Jan.2005 to Dec.2012.Preterm infants were divided into early and late preterm infants group (EPI and LPI)according to gestational age (34weeks as margin).T-test and χ2 test were used to detect the difference of mean Hb level and incidence of anemia between the two groups.Results ①The lowest level of Hb arise at 1.5 months on both of the two groups (99.7 ±16.9,108.0 ±18.0 g/L respectively).The Hb of LPI slightly rise after then while the EPI reach its second nadir at 3 months of age(97.2 ±22.5 g/L).②There was significant difference on the mean Hb of the two groups at 1.5,2, 3,4 months of age(all P<0.05).There was also significant difference on the incidence of anemia at 2, 3,4,6 months of age(all P<0.05).Conclusions The anemia of prematurity of EPI may last through the first 3~4 months of life.Attention also should be paid on the anemia during 6~12 months of life.
