针对环境领域20个无机元素的ICP-MS分析,总结了同量异位素、氧化物和双电荷、多原子离子等质谱干扰,探讨了影响质谱干扰的因素,提出了消除或降低每个元素质谱干扰的方法:选取合适的同位素、编辑校正方程、选择合适的模式、设置合理的等离子条件等,为建立ICP-MS相关环境标准方法提供参考。
針對環境領域20箇無機元素的ICP-MS分析,總結瞭同量異位素、氧化物和雙電荷、多原子離子等質譜榦擾,探討瞭影響質譜榦擾的因素,提齣瞭消除或降低每箇元素質譜榦擾的方法:選取閤適的同位素、編輯校正方程、選擇閤適的模式、設置閤理的等離子條件等,為建立ICP-MS相關環境標準方法提供參攷。

For the analysis of all twenty inorganic elements with ICP-MS in the field of environment, spectral interference to all twenty inorganic elements, such as ectopic elements, oxides and double charges and polyatomic ions, were summarized. The influence factors of spectral interference to each element were discussed, and the method of eliminating or reducing each type of spectral interference to all twenty elements was put forward, including selecting the appropriate isotope, editing the correction equation, choosing the suitable mode, and setting the reasonable plasma conditions. The present research was aimed to provide reference for the study on inorganic elements in environmental standard.
