考查了多种阴/阳离子表面活性剂的复配,选定十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS )与十四烷基三甲基氯化铵(T T AC )作为研究的绒囊形成体系。在表面活性剂总浓度为0.02 mol/L ,V (SD-BS)∶V(TTAC)=7∶3的体系中加入聚合物,绒囊体系的黏度增加,表面张力减小,分子间摩擦力增大,表面分子的束缚力减小,使体系更加稳定。粒径分析表明,绒囊体系中加入质量分数为0.2%的PVA后,粒径变大,且分布均匀。对体系进行稳定性研究时,CaCl2和MgCl2均对绒囊有破坏作用,加入PV A的绒囊体系稳定性更好,不易受到盐的破坏。

This thesis mainly studies the composite stabilizer of a series of anionic/cationic sur-factant ,and selects sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)and tetradecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(TTAC)as velvet pouch formation system .Adding polymer into the system under the conditions that the total concentration of surfactant is 0 .02 mol/L and V(SDBS)∶V(TTAC)=7∶3 ,the viscosity of the system increases ,surface tension reduces ,friction between the mole-cules increases ,binding force of the surface molecules decreases ,and all of that make the system stabilization .Analysis of the particle size shows that the particle size becomes larger and distribu-ted evenly after adding polyving akohol(PVA) of 0 .2% mass fraction into the velvet pouch sys-tem .When studying the stability of the system ,velvet pouch system would be damaged by CaCl2 and MgCl2 ,while the stability would become better by adding PVA ,and could not be easily dam-aged by salt .
