自2011年1月1日《中华人民共和国人民调解法》实施以来,有数据显示,2011年上半年我国71座城市共有38个频道播出了调解类电视情感谈话节目,自2012年随着"限娱令"实施,许多电视台娱乐类节目在大洗牌中消失,一大批调解类电视情感谈话节目涌现。为何近几年有如此之多的调解类电视情感谈话节目问世,笔者尝试从受众心理、市场需求、媒介机构几方面进行分析。

The data told us that Emotional Mediation TV Talk Shows were broadcasting on 38 channels in 71 cities of China since the law of the People Mediating in china issued on January 1st in 2011.Since 2012,with the implementation of"cutback on TV entertainment",many television entertainment programs disappeared,a lot of Emotional Mediation TV talk shows were spring up. Why is it so booming in recent years? We try to analyse this situation from some aspects,such as the audience psychology,market demands as well as media structures and so on.
