目的：探讨单边外固定支架治疗Gustilo Ⅲ型桡骨远端开放骨折的疗效。方法采用单边外固定支架治疗25例Gustilo Ⅲ型桡骨远端开放骨折患者，对污染严重及软组织覆盖不足患者行持续负压吸引（VSD）封闭创面。术后早期康复训练，术后6周拆除外固定。结果25例均获随访，时间8～12个月。X线片显示骨折愈合时间为5～13周。按Sarmiento标准评价系统评价术后功能：优5例，良14例，可4例，差2例，优良率为19/25。结论使用单边外固定支架治疗Gustilo Ⅲ型桡骨远端开放骨疗效较满意。
목적：탐토단변외고정지가치료Gustilo Ⅲ형뇨골원단개방골절적료효。방법채용단변외고정지가치료25례Gustilo Ⅲ형뇨골원단개방골절환자，대오염엄중급연조직복개불족환자행지속부압흡인（VSD）봉폐창면。술후조기강복훈련，술후6주탁제외고정。결과25례균획수방，시간8～12개월。X선편현시골절유합시간위5～13주。안Sarmiento표준평개계통평개술후공능：우5례，량14례，가4례，차2례，우량솔위19/25。결론사용단변외고정지가치료Gustilo Ⅲ형뇨골원단개방골료효교만의。
Objective To study the effect of external fixator in GustiloⅢopen fracture of the distal radius.Methods Twenty-five patients with Gustilo Ⅲopen fracture of distal radius were treated with external fixation,vacuum seal-ing drainage (VSD)were used to close the wound with serious pollution or lack of soft tissue coverage.Early exerci-ses were trained.External fixators were removed 6 weeks after operation.Results All cases were followed up for 8~12 months.The X-ray films showed fracture healing time was 5 ~13 weeks.According to the Sarmiento scores,the result were excellent in 5 cases,good in 14,fair in 4,and poor in 2,and the rate of excellent and good was 19/25. Conclusions External fixator is a good method for Gustilo Ⅲ open fracture of the distal radius.
