The cultivation of scientific research ability of the young teachers is influenced by various factors in higher vocational and technical colleges due to its school type, level of education, management and other limitations, A new way is explored to cultivate young teacher's scientific research ability at Shunde Polytechnic through policy guidance, introduction of tutorial system, construction of scientific research and innovation team.
