基于GB/T 1677-2008盐酸-丙酮法测定环氧值的原理和条件,初步分析了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯-苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸异辛酯复合高聚物微球表面环氧基的含量,为表面环氧基的利用和含量的分析提供参考依据。结果表明,在该复合高聚物微球粒径=0.2~0.45mm范围内,该体系表面环氧基的含量约为总体环氧基含量的12%。
基于GB/T 1677-2008鹽痠-丙酮法測定環氧值的原理和條件,初步分析瞭甲基丙烯痠縮水甘油酯-苯乙烯-甲基丙烯痠異辛酯複閤高聚物微毬錶麵環氧基的含量,為錶麵環氧基的利用和含量的分析提供參攷依據。結果錶明,在該複閤高聚物微毬粒徑=0.2~0.45mm範圍內,該體繫錶麵環氧基的含量約為總體環氧基含量的12%。

Based on GB/T 1677-2008 (method of hydrochloric acid-acetone to determine epoxy value), a preliminary analysis was carried out to determine the surface epoxy group content of polymer composite microbead composed of glycidyl methacrylate, phenylethylene and iso-octyl methacrylate, with an aim to provide experimental reference for the utilization and content analysis of superficial epoxy groups. Under the condition that the diameter range of microbead was 0.2~0.45mm, the results showed that the content of superficial epoxy groups approximately accounted for 12%of the total ones.
