CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞( Treg)近年受到了人们广泛关注,其在维持机体免疫耐受和免疫应答稳态方面具有非常重要的作用。 Treg细胞数量、抑制功能和/或细胞表面分子表达的改变可能导致感染性疾病的发生。在感染性疾病中,Treg可以抑制免疫反应,导致病原菌的繁殖和播散；但同时它也抑制了炎症反应对机体的损伤。因此,对Treg的作用趋利避害能有效地保护机体免受病原菌的损害。

CD4+CD25+regulatory T( Treg) cell, indispensable for the maintenance of immunological self-toler-ance and immune homeostasis, has received growing attention in recent years. The changes in the number, suppres-sive function and ( or) the expression of cell surface molecules of the Treg cells might cause the development of infec-tious diseases. In infectious diseases, Treg cells can inhibit immunological responses which would facilitate multipli-cation and dissemination of pathogen, but they can limit inflammatory damage to the tissue simultaneously. Accord-ingly , drawing on advantages and avoiding disadvantages of Treg cells could effectively protect the body organism from been harmed by pathogens.
