使用柱前衍生化对饮料中的环已基氨基磺酸钠进行处理,用含内标的正己烷萃取衍生化产物,以GC-FID测定其质量分数.结果表明:环已基氨基磺酸钠质量浓度在0.05~5.00 mg/mL范围内,与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999);检出限(S/N=3∶1)为0.95 mg/kg,定量限(S/N=10∶1)为4.75 mg/kg;平均回收率为96.0%, RSD为2.3%.该方法重复性好,适合饮料中环已基氨基磺酸钠的检测.

사용주전연생화대음료중적배이기안기광산납진행처리,용함내표적정기완췌취연생화산물,이GC-FID측정기질량분수.결과표명:배이기안기광산납질량농도재0.05~5.00 mg/mL범위내,여봉면적선성관계량호(r=0.9999);검출한(S/N=3∶1)위0.95 mg/kg,정량한(S/N=10∶1)위4.75 mg/kg;평균회수솔위96.0%, RSD위2.3%.해방법중복성호,괄합음료중배이기안기광산납적검측.
Using the method of column deriving disposes sodium N-cyclohexylsulfamate in beverages to extract the derivant by the GC internal standard method and measure the mass fraction by GC-FID. The result showed that the mass concentration of sodium N-cyclo-hexylsulfamate is in the range of 0.05-5.00 mg/mL in positive relationship with peak area linear (r =0.999 9 );the LOD was 0.95 g/kg and the LOQ was 4.75 mg/kg.The extraction recovery was 96.0%and the RSD was 2.3%.This method is good at repro-ducibility and adaptive to inspect sodium N-cyclohexylsulfamate in beverages.
