利用Nafion分散和成膜作用、多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)优良的导电能力和大的比表面积研制的化学修饰电极(Nafion-MWCNTs/GCE),表征修饰电极的结构与性能,发现Nafion-MWCNTs/GCE修饰电极对没食子酸有显著的电催化氧化作用.实验表征电化学动力学性质结果显示,没食子酸的氧化过程是双电子双质子过程,电极的扩散系数及速率常数分别为2.81×10-5 cm2/s及2.89×10-3 mol/(L·s).通过实验优化条件,建立直接、快速电分析测定没食子酸的方法,线性范围为5.82×10-7~6.30×10-5 mol/L和1.30×10-4~2.39×10-4 mol/L,检出限为2.8×10-7 mol/L,测定10次的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.45%,可用于没食子酸样品的质量分数测定.

Using the dispersion and film-forming function of Nafion,the excellent electrical conductivity of the multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs),and chemically modified electrode (Nafion- MWCNTs /GCE)of specific surface area by coating technology studied the Nafion-MWCNTs/GCE's structure and performance.It has been found that Nafion-MWCNTs/GCE can catalyze the electro-oxidation of gallic acid.The results indicated that the electro-oxidation of gallic acid has a two-electron and two-proton transfer process on the Nafion-MWCNTs/GCE.Diffusion coefficient (D)was 2.81 ×10 -5 cm2/s and rate constant (k)was 2.89 ×10 -3 mol/(L·s). The direct fast method of electro analysis determination of Gallic Acid has been set by using several optimized experimental conditions. The linear calibration ranges for gallic acid were 5.82 ×10 -7-6.30 ×10 -5 mol/L and 1.30 ×10 -4-2.39 ×10 -4 mol/L with a detec-tion limit of 2.80 ×10 -7 mol/L.The RSD of sample analysis of gallic acid were 2.45%in 10 times.This simple method could be ap-plied to determine the mass fraction of gallic acid.
