采用含一定量盐酸水溶液的捕集阱串联装置捕集主流烟气逐口气相成分．通过玻璃纤维滤片捕集主流烟气中的逐口总粒相物，并使用与气相吸收液等量的盐酸水溶液萃取抽吸后滤片，取一定量的粒相萃取液和气相吸收液，然后合并两液、定容、摇匀后过膜净化．通过离子色谱分析仪定量测定铵离子的质量浓度，并转换为卷烟主流烟气中氨的逐口质量浓度．该方法检出限为0.33μg/cig （即0.01374μg/mL），回收率在98.26％～106.04％之间．

Using the collecting trap tandem device with a certain amount of aqueous hydrochloric acid captured the gaseous phase ingredi-ents in main stream of cigarette smoke by puff.Using glass fiber filters trapped mainstream smoke total particulate matter by puff,and the same amount of vapor absorption liquid as aqueous hydrochloric acid was used to extract suction filter,and then the quantitative Pipette particulate and gaseous absorption liquid extract were melted,constant volume,membrane purification after shaking off.Mass concentra-tion of ammonium was determined by ion chromatography and converted to that of the content of ammonia in mainstream cigarette smoke. The detection limit of this method is as low as 0.33μg/cig(0.013 74μg/mL),and recoveries between 98.26%-106.04%.
