为给云南烟叶生产提供科学指导依据,不断完善烤烟膜下小苗移栽技术,研究开展了200孔、325孔和595孔3种规格的漂浮盘的小拱棚漂浮育苗试验。结果表明,在苗龄35 d,以595孔小苗各项指标的达标率最高,小苗群体的整齐一致性最好,但其小苗个体生物量的积累较少。为满足当前我省烤烟生产现状,建议膜下小苗移栽技术的育苗措施宜采用分批播种,选择500孔以上的漂浮盘,并充分利用遮阳网调节光照的作用,从而培育出适龄小壮苗。

In order to further improve the transplanting technology of the young seedlings under film and provide theory evidences for to-bacco production in Yunnan,the study was carried out with three sizes floating tray of 200 holes,325 holes and 595 holes in the float system.The results showed,in the age of 35 d,small seedlings quality of the 595 holes was the best,but they accumulated less individ-ual biomass.To adapt the current transplanting technology in Yunnan areas,the suggestions are as follows:tobacco seeds were sowed by instalments,floating trays with more than 500 holes were selected,and the functions of black shading-nets were made full use of ad-justing the light intensity so as to get strong young seedling.
