从工程项目集成化管理实施与运行的“经济学范式”角度出发，结合工程项目集成化管理实际，利用博弈论、经济机制设计相关理论与方法研究与设计了工程项目集成化管理模式运行机制，并从激励、信息成本两个方面构建了工程项目集成化管理模式运行机制体系。研究结果显示：激励机制和约束机制的设计与应用能够满足工程项目集成化管理参与人“激励相容”约束；沟通、协调机制的建立能够有效减少工程项目集成化管理系统信息空间的维度，最终降低工程项目集成化管理模式运行的信息（交易）成本；激励、约束机制，沟通、协调机制共同构成工程项目集成化管理模式运行机制系统，其与集成化管理原理、方法与信息支撑平台等“管理学范式”要素结构的合理耦合是建设项目绩效改善的必要条件。

Literature review shows that successful implementation of the project integrated management mode is resulted from both integrated management technologies and integrated management mechanism,and appropriate operating mechanism design is an important factor in the implementation of the project integrated management mode. The incentive and constraint mechanism can be designed to satisfy constraints of participators’ incentive compatibility. The communication mechanism and coordination mechanism between participators of the project integrated management mode are designed to decrease the cost of information communication and exchange.
