本文通过记录菠菜45天的冷藏保鲜试验过程,以及试验期间菠菜各项营养成份的测试,验证了采用精确控温技术的新型船用冷藏装置的良好保鲜效果。与传统船用冷藏装置相比,其保鲜时间延长了一倍以上,是船用冷藏技术的一次重大改进。
本文通過記錄菠菜45天的冷藏保鮮試驗過程,以及試驗期間菠菜各項營養成份的測試,驗證瞭採用精確控溫技術的新型船用冷藏裝置的良好保鮮效果。與傳統船用冷藏裝置相比,其保鮮時間延長瞭一倍以上,是船用冷藏技術的一次重大改進。

According to 45 days’ experiment record of keeping spinach fresh by cold storage and according to the test about nutrition component of the spinach during the experiment, this paper verifies the good effect of actual temperature control technique used on new-type refrigeration equipment on ship. The fresh keeping time of the new technology is twice as many as the traditional refrigeration equipment on ship, which is a great improvement of refrigeration technique on ship.
