商业街区满意度评价是当今城市“生态文明”建设的重要课题之一。通过对客户发放200份调查问卷，从商业街区的商业信誉、街区环境、街区服务构建商业街区客户满意度评价指标体系；对经营者发放180份调查问卷，从街区特色、商业街环境、商业街区服务等方面构建经营者的满意度评价指标体系。运用AHP方法，对衡阳市商业街区进行了满意度评价。

The evaluation of satisfaction degree of commercial block is one of an important topic in city's construction of ecologi-cal civilization .By distributing 200 questionnaires ,the evaluation index system of the customer's satisfaction degree in commer-cial block is constructed from the aspects of business reputation ,neighborhood environment and neighborhood services .By dis-tributing 180 questionnaires ,the evaluation index system of the operator's satisfaction degree in commercial block is constructed from the aspects of block characteristics ,block environment and block services .And by using AHP method ,the overall evalua-tion of the satisfaction degree to the commercial block is carried out and found that some influencing factors are need to be im-proved badly .
