This paper describes the present situation of minerals ,mining and secondary resources for lead-zinc metallurgy indus-try in Changning city .The advantages and existing problems in the lead-zinc industry were analyzed .According to the charac-teristics of lead-zinc industry ,the reflections and suggestions on the cycle development of lead-zinc industry were proposed .
