目的：探讨应用重组人干扰素（interferon, IFN）α-1b雾化吸入治疗小儿重症手足口病（hand, foot and mouth dis-ease, HFMD）的临床效果和护理特点。方法选择重症HFMD患儿96例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。给予对照组喜炎平和利巴韦林静脉滴注以及退热和其他支持治疗；治疗组在对照组相同治疗的基础上，接受重组人IFNα-1b 30μg雾化吸入。比较2组主要症状和体征持续时间。结果治疗组发热、手部、足部和肛周皮疹以及神经系统症状持续时间显著短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论重组人IFNα-1b雾化吸入治疗小儿重症HFMD，症状和体征消失时间均显著缩短，临床疗效显著。有效落实各项护理措施是取得疗效的有力保障。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of inhalation of recombinant human interferon (IFN) α-1b and the characteristics of nursing care in children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD). Methods A total of 96 children with severe HFMD were randomized into a treatment group and a control group. Both the groups were given Xiyanping and ribavirin in-jection, fever-reducing drugs and other symptomatic and supportive treatment, and the treatment group was given 30 μg of in-haled recombinant human IFN α-1b additionally. The duration of the main signs and symptoms was compared between the two groups. Results The time of fever clearance, rash subsidence and improvement of neurological symptoms in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Inhalation of recombinant human IFN α-1b makes signs and symptoms resolve in a shorter time, achieving a significant therapeutic effect on children with severe HFMD. Effective imple-mentation of nursing care measures is a guarantee for achieving good therapeutic effect.
