Brassica oleracea var. capitata%Glucosinolates total content%QTL
采用HPLC方法分析了作图群体双亲及F283个单株的硫代葡萄糖苷总含量,在已构建的高密度甘蓝遗传图谱的基础上,运用MapQTL 4.0软件对结球甘蓝F2群体硫代葡萄糖苷总含量进行QTL定位和分析。最终检测到3个控制甘蓝硫代葡萄糖苷含量性状的QTLs(分别位于LG7上的qGS-7-1和位于LG8上的qGS-8-1、qGS-8-2),其贡献率分别为13.6%,7.5%,5.6%。并得到同时控制硫代葡萄糖苷含量QTLs共分离的分子标记me27-em25-2和E38M55-7,均可为辅助选育富含硫代葡萄糖苷甘蓝品种提供理论依据。

Glucosinolates,anticancer active substances,are widely present in Brassica crops. It will be of impor-tant significance to carry out the breeding of high content of Glucosinolates new varieties of cabbage. This study ana-lyzed total glucosinolate content of F2 mapping population parents and that of 83 individual plants by HPLC meth-ods. Based on the cabbage high-density genetic linkage map which had been constructed previously,QTL mapping and analysis related to Glucosinolates total content in the individuals of F2 were performed using MapQTL 4. 0. Three QTLs(qGS-7-1,qGS-8-1,qGS-8-2) located on LG7 and LG8 controlling the traits of Glucosinolates total con-tent in cabbage were detected. The contribution rate were 13. 6%,7. 5% and 5. 6%,respectively. Meanwhile,two molecular markers(me27-em25-2,E38M55-7) coseparating with the QTLs could be useful for marker assisted se-lection of cabbage breeding rich in Glucosinolates.
