目前,绝缘子在线监测系统是通过分析绝缘子泄漏电流来估算绝缘子的污秽程度,而泄漏电流微弱且易受电磁场的干扰。为了准确获取泄漏电流,从泄漏电流采集、信号接入和信号数字处理三个方面对硬件和软件采取相应措施以保证信号的准确性。对于信号的数字处理,采用小波消噪的方案,通过选用不同组合的正弦波和白噪声作为干扰信号,仿真分析去噪算法的效果和信噪比的变化。实验证明,该算法可还原泄漏电流信号,对噪声有效过滤。

Currently on-line pollution detection of insulator is based on the monitoring on the insulator’s leakage current, but the leakage current is easily interrupted by electromagnetic. In order to acquire the exact leakage current, three aspects of actions are taken due to the acquisition of the leakage current, signal access and digital signal processing. Regarding to the signal algorithm, wavelet de-noising solution is utilized and different combinations of sine wave and white noise are simulated as the interruption signal. The effect of de-noising algorithm and the change of signal to noise ratio are simulated. The experiment approves that this algorithm recover the leakage current and give a big help to filter the noise.
