为满足高压电力用户紧急供电需求,对66 kV智能车载移动变电站进行研制。叙述该移动站的研制背景、研制目标、研制方案和典型成功案例,重点阐述研制中采用的关键技术。将智能变电站技术应用于66 kV车载移动变电站,移动变电站按照无人值守设计,首次采用超级电容器作为交直流系统储能装置,首次引入光伏发电技术,研制的智能车载移动变电站具备集成化程度高、智能化水平高、技术先进、体积小、快速启动、免维护、可远程监控等诸多优点。研制的产品于2012年7月5日建成投运,为国内首台66 kV智能车载移动变电站。

In order to satisfy the emergency power supply requirement of power users, the 66 kV vehicle intelligent mobile substation was developed in the paper. The paper described the development background, development target, technical scheme of the mobile substation and the typical successful products. The key techniques adopted in the development were mainly described. The technology of intelligent substation was applied to mobile substation 66 kV vehicle mobile substation. It was designed according to nobody unattended. The super capacitor as the energy storage device in AC/DC system and photovoltaic technology were first used. The intelligent mobile substation have many advantages, such as high degree of integration, high intelligent level, advanced technology, small size, quick start, maintenance-free and remote monitoring. The developed mobile substation was put into operation successfully in July 5, 2012. It is the first 66 kV vehicle intelligent mobile substation in China.
