目的：探讨自制双腔水囊压迫止血对产后出血的疗效。方法选择2011年9月至2013年8月48例产后出血患者为研究组，同时选择30例产后出血患者为对照组。研究组给予自制简易双腔水囊压迫止血，对照组给予缩宫素和其他止血治疗。观察两组产后出血量、止血时间、输血率、住院费用及远期并发症。结果研究组产后出血量、止血时间均较对照组显著降低（t值分别为8．675、9．324，均P＜0．05），住院费用较对照组显著降低（t＝11．365，P＜0．01），研究组需要输血的患者显著低于对照组（χ2＝4．555，P＜0．01），输血量显著低于对照组（t＝4．546，P＜0．05）。结论自制双腔水囊压迫止血简单易行，疗效可靠，节约资源，值得基层临床推广应用。
목적：탐토자제쌍강수낭압박지혈대산후출혈적료효。방법선택2011년9월지2013년8월48례산후출혈환자위연구조，동시선택30례산후출혈환자위대조조。연구조급여자제간역쌍강수낭압박지혈，대조조급여축궁소화기타지혈치료。관찰량조산후출혈량、지혈시간、수혈솔、주원비용급원기병발증。결과연구조산후출혈량、지혈시간균교대조조현저강저（t치분별위8．675、9．324，균P＜0．05），주원비용교대조조현저강저（t＝11．365，P＜0．01），연구조수요수혈적환자현저저우대조조（χ2＝4．555，P＜0．01），수혈량현저저우대조조（t＝4．546，P＜0．05）。결론자제쌍강수낭압박지혈간단역행，료효가고，절약자원，치득기층림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of self-made double lumen balloon on postpartum hemorrhage .Methods Totally 48 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in the period of September 2011 to August 2013 were selected in study group , and another 30 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in the same period were selected in control group .Self-made double lumen balloon was applied in the study group , and oxytocin and other treatment were applied in the control group .Bleeding volume , hemostasis time , rate of transfusion , hospitalization expenses and long-term complications were observed in two groups .Results The bleeding volume and hemostasis time were significantly less in the study group than in the control group (t value was 8.675 and 9.324, respectively, both P <0.05), and the cost of hospitalization was also significantly decreased (t=11.365, P<0.01).Patients who needed transfusion were significantly fewer in the study group than in the control group (χ2 =4.555, P<0.01), and transfusion volume was also significantly decreased (t=4.546, P<0.05) .Conclusion Self-made double lumen balloon is easy to use with reliable curative effect and low cost , which is worthy of applying .
