钻孔涌水量是评价地浸采铀钻孔质量的关键。在地浸采铀成井施工中,采用合理有效的成井工艺,对提高和稳定钻孔的抽注液能力具有非常重要的意义。在通辽铀矿床地浸采铀钻孔成井施工经验的基础上,作者对低渗透矿床矿层泥浆比重设计、矿层部位局部扩孔、空压机洗井参数设计三个施工关键工艺进行了研究。
鑽孔湧水量是評價地浸採鈾鑽孔質量的關鍵。在地浸採鈾成井施工中,採用閤理有效的成井工藝,對提高和穩定鑽孔的抽註液能力具有非常重要的意義。在通遼鈾礦床地浸採鈾鑽孔成井施工經驗的基礎上,作者對低滲透礦床礦層泥漿比重設計、礦層部位跼部擴孔、空壓機洗井參數設計三箇施工關鍵工藝進行瞭研究。

Borehole water-inflow is the key to evaluate the drilling quality of in-situ leaching of uranium. Low-permeable deposits need small inj ection volume for uranium mining hole.In well construction of in-si-tu leaching of uranium,rational and effective well drilling technology to improve and stabilize the borehole pump priming ability plays a very important role.Based on the drilling experience in well construction technologies of in-situ leaching uranium in Tong Liao,we study three key construction technologies of low-permeable deposits,including mud design,local seam reaming and flushing parameters by air compressor.
