在役的液化石油气球罐缺陷以裂纹为主,且内表面裂纹占很大比重。运用有限元软件,分析了球罐内表面横向裂纹和纵向裂纹对球罐强度的影响。结果表明,在其他条件相同情况下,同一位置的横向裂纹比纵向裂纹对球罐的危害性大。横向裂纹深度越深,危险性越大;长度越长,危害性反而越小。研究结果对在役带裂纹缺陷的液化石油气球罐的安全使用和评定具有实际意义。
在役的液化石油氣毬罐缺陷以裂紋為主,且內錶麵裂紋佔很大比重。運用有限元軟件,分析瞭毬罐內錶麵橫嚮裂紋和縱嚮裂紋對毬罐彊度的影響。結果錶明,在其他條件相同情況下,同一位置的橫嚮裂紋比縱嚮裂紋對毬罐的危害性大。橫嚮裂紋深度越深,危險性越大;長度越長,危害性反而越小。研究結果對在役帶裂紋缺陷的液化石油氣毬罐的安全使用和評定具有實際意義。

The defects in the use of LPG tank are mainly cracks,and the inner-surface cracks accounted for a large proportion. In this paper,the influence of the transverse and longitudinal cracks in the spherical tank inner surface on the strength is analyzed by finite element analysis software. The results show that under the same conditions,the transverse crack is larger than the longitudinal cracks in the same position. The deeper transverse cracks,the grea-ter the risk;the longer length,but the smaller the dangers. The results of the study are of practical significance for the safe use and evaluation to take crack defects of liquefied petroleum gas spherical tank in service.
