利用Pro/E软件对臂架系统进行实体建模、有限元分析和优化设计等的一体化分析,在满足高强度和质量轻的前提下,运用灵敏度分析法,选取若干个设计变量,以臂架结构质量最轻为目标函数,对臂架结构进行了优化。运用一体化分析和灵敏度筛选设计变量,提高了运算的准确性,减少了泵车臂架设计人员的工作量和计算误差。
利用Pro/E軟件對臂架繫統進行實體建模、有限元分析和優化設計等的一體化分析,在滿足高彊度和質量輕的前提下,運用靈敏度分析法,選取若榦箇設計變量,以臂架結構質量最輕為目標函數,對臂架結構進行瞭優化。運用一體化分析和靈敏度篩選設計變量,提高瞭運算的準確性,減少瞭泵車臂架設計人員的工作量和計算誤差。
이용Pro/E연건대비가계통진행실체건모、유한원분석화우화설계등적일체화분석,재만족고강도화질량경적전제하,운용령민도분석법,선취약간개설계변량,이비가결구질량최경위목표함수,대비가결구진행료우화。운용일체화분석화령민도사선설계변량,제고료운산적준학성,감소료빙차비가설계인원적공작량화계산오차。
Pro/E software was used for entity modeling on boom system and integration analysis such as finite ele-ment analysis and optimization design. On the premise of meeting the demands of high strength and light quality,, with the lightest arm shelf structure as the objective function,the boom structure was optimized by using sensitivity analysis method and selecting a number of design variables. The accuracy of operation was improved by using the sensitivity of integration analysis and screening of selected design variables,and the workload and calculation error of researchers were reduced.
