目的：总结阴茎折断急诊手术处理及并发症防治的经验。方法回顾性分析我院收治的9例阴茎折断患者的临床资料，并复习近年有关文献。所有9例患者都得到手术证实，均做了阴茎血肿清除、白膜或（和）尿道修补急诊手术。结果所有患者手术过程顺利。术后1例患者出现切口感染，1例有阴茎皮肤中度水肿，经抗感染对症治疗后治愈。术后9例患者随访时间为6~48月。1例患者出现阴茎勃起不坚，需要药物治疗。1例患者阴茎勃起时有轻度弯曲，不影响性功能。1例患者发生尿道狭窄，予以定期尿道扩张，现排尿通畅。其余患者术后性功能正常,亦无排尿障碍。结论阴茎折断行急诊手术治疗效果较满意，术后远期并发症的防治是临床处理的重点。

Objective To summarize the experience of immediate surgical intervention for the penile fracture and its complication. Methods The clinical data of 9 cases of penile facture were analyzed retrospectively. The related literatures published in recent years were reviewed. All patients who were surgically confirmed as rupture of the tunica albuginea of the corpora cavernosa or urethra received immediate surgical intervention including evacuation of the hematoma, careful hemostasis, and closure of the corporeal or/and urethra tear. Results All surgery was uneventful. 1 case had an infection complication of and 1 case had moderate penile skin edema. The two patients were cured after anti-infection and symptomatic treatment. Nine patients were followed up for 6 to 48 months. One case developed erectile dysfunction which needed medication,1 case developed penile deviation which did not affect sexual function,1 case with urethral stricture was cured by regular urethral dilatation.Other patients had normal sexual function and no voiding dysfunction. Conclusion Immediate surgical repair is a better approach for treatment of penile fracture and shows an excellent outcome. The prevention and treatment of long-term postoperative complications is also very important in clinical treatment.
