通过燃煤与燃浆锅炉脱硫效果的分析与比较,论证了水煤浆具有烟道脱硫作用,阐述了水煤浆烟气脱硫作用机理。高温条件下,在除尘器前段烟道脱硫剂吸附水蒸气生成氢氧化物,再与SO2发生反应生成硫酸盐,同时,脱硫剂产生粉化,比表面积增加,提高了固-气反应的接触碰撞机率;除尘器后段烟道烟气温度接近或低于露点温度,脱硫剂表面存在水滴或液膜,在液膜或液滴中,脱硫剂与 SO2发生反应生成 CaSO3或 CaSO4,从而实现了脱硫,减少了SO2排放浓度。
