【目的】探讨白细胞活化黏附因子(ALCAM)、基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)及 MMP-9在人脑膜瘤中的表达及临床意义。【方法】回顾性分析脑膜瘤患者80例,根据病理分非侵袭组44例;侵袭组36例。采用免疫组化技术检测术后 ALCAM、MMP-1及 MMP-9的表达。【结果】ALCAM、MMP-1及 MMP-9在侵袭组脑膜瘤中的表达均高于非侵袭组(P<0.01)。在侵袭性脑膜瘤中 ALCAM、MMP-1和 MMP-9两两比较,其表达均具有相关性。【结论】ALCAM、MMP-1和 MMP-9与脑膜瘤的侵袭性相关,一定程度上可作为评价脑膜瘤侵袭性及预后的辅助指标,通过术后免疫组化检查可判断脑膜瘤的潜在侵袭性,指导临床治疗方案的制定,提高疗效水平。

【목적】탐토백세포활화점부인자(ALCAM)、기질금속단백매-1(MMP-1)급 MMP-9재인뇌막류중적표체급림상의의。【방법】회고성분석뇌막류환자80례,근거병리분비침습조44례;침습조36례。채용면역조화기술검측술후 ALCAM、MMP-1급 MMP-9적표체。【결과】ALCAM、MMP-1급 MMP-9재침습조뇌막류중적표체균고우비침습조(P<0.01)。재침습성뇌막류중 ALCAM、MMP-1화 MMP-9량량비교,기표체균구유상관성。【결론】ALCAM、MMP-1화 MMP-9여뇌막류적침습성상관,일정정도상가작위평개뇌막류침습성급예후적보조지표,통과술후면역조화검사가판단뇌막류적잠재침습성,지도림상치료방안적제정,제고료효수평。
[Objective]To explore the expression of activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule(ALCAM), matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in human meningioma and its clinical significance.[Methods]A total of 80 patients with meningioma were analyzed retrospectively.Accord-ing to the pathology,all patients were divided into non-invasion group(n=44)and invasion group(n=36). Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of ALCAM,MMP-1 and MMP-9 after opera-tion.[Results]The expressions of ALCAM,MMP-1 and MMP-9 in invasion group were higher than those in non-invasion group(P<0.01).There was correlation among the expressions of ALCAM,MMP-1 and MMP-9 in invasive meningioma.[Conclusion]ALCAM,MMP-1 and MMP-9 are correlated with the invasiveness of meningioma and can be used as the auxiliary indexes for evaluating the invasiveness and prognosis of meningio-ma.Immunohistochemical examination can determine the potential invasiveness of meningioma,guide clinical treatment and improve clinical efficacy.
