目的:研究黄芩提取物( TESB )抗炎作用及其机制。方法取角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀模型,将SD大鼠随机分为空白组(0.9%NaCl )、模型组、阳性对照组,黄芩提取物低、中和高剂量组,灌胃给药5 d,观察黄芩提取物对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀炎症组织中前列腺素E2(PGE2)、丙二醛(MDA)及一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。结果黄芩提取物对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀有显著的抑制作用,并呈剂量依赖关系。与模型组比较,黄芩提取物低、中、高剂量组均能抑制大鼠足肿胀组织中PGE2的含量,抑制率分别为19.6%,42.9%,66.1%;减少大鼠足肿胀组织中MDA的含量,抑制率分别为16.8%,39.9%,68.8%;减少大鼠足肿胀组织中NO的含量,抑制率分别为16.4%,48.4%,73.8%。结论黄芩提取物具有较好的抗炎活性,其作用可能是抑制脂质过氧化物的形成和影响炎症介质的释放。

목적:연구황금제취물( TESB )항염작용급기궤제。방법취각차채효치대서족종창모형,장SD대서수궤분위공백조(0.9%NaCl )、모형조、양성대조조,황금제취물저、중화고제량조,관위급약5 d,관찰황금제취물대각차채효소치대서족종창염증조직중전렬선소E2(PGE2)、병이철(MDA)급일양화담(NO)함량적영향。결과황금제취물대각차채효소치대서족종창유현저적억제작용,병정제량의뢰관계。여모형조비교,황금제취물저、중、고제량조균능억제대서족종창조직중PGE2적함량,억제솔분별위19.6%,42.9%,66.1%;감소대서족종창조직중MDA적함량,억제솔분별위16.8%,39.9%,68.8%;감소대서족종창조직중NO적함량,억제솔분별위16.4%,48.4%,73.8%。결론황금제취물구유교호적항염활성,기작용가능시억제지질과양화물적형성화영향염증개질적석방。
Objective To study the anti -inflammatory effect of the eth-anolic extract of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi ( TESB ) and its mecha-nisms.Methods The rat paw edema model was taken by carrageenan -induced.The SD rats were randomly divided into blank group ( 0.9%NaCl ) , model group , positive control group , TESB of the low -dose group, middle dose group and high dose group .The duratoin was 5 days.The effects of TESB on carrageenan -induced production of prosta-glandin E2(PGE2), generation of malondialdehyde(MDA), nitric oxide ( NO) in the inflammatory tissue of rats were observed.Results TESB reduced carrageenan -induced rat paw oedema in dose -dependent man-ner, achieving high degree of anti -inflammatory activity.As compared with model group , TESB significantly inhibited the generation of PGE 2 by 19.6%, 42.9%, 66.1%, respectively; inhibited the generation of MDA by 16.8%, 39.9%, 68.8%, respectively;reduced the increased level of NO by 16.4%, 48.4%, 73.8%, respectively.Conclusion The scutellaria baicalensis Georgi is effective against inflammation , and this effect may be related to the inhibition on lipid peroxidation and in-flammatory mediators.
