目的：通过对1例下肢感染患者的抗感染用药分析，以加深对合理用药内涵的理解，促进抗菌药物的合理使用。方法：对1例下肢感染患者的抗感染治疗方案进行评价和分析。结果与结论：高级别的初始抗菌药物对患者而言并不是最适宜的选择，积极的清创以及敏感抗菌药物的抗感染治疗才是对该类患者最有效的治疗方法，而用药的经济性亦是该类患者治疗时所要考虑的重要方面。
목적：통과대1례하지감염환자적항감염용약분석，이가심대합리용약내함적리해，촉진항균약물적합리사용。방법：대1례하지감염환자적항감염치료방안진행평개화분석。결과여결론：고급별적초시항균약물대환자이언병불시최괄의적선택，적겁적청창이급민감항균약물적항감염치료재시대해류환자최유효적치료방법，이용약적경제성역시해류환자치료시소요고필적중요방면。
OBJECTIVE:To deepen our understanding on the connotation of rational use of drugs through the analysis on the use of anti-infective drugs in one lower limb infection case so as to promote rational antibiotic use. METHODS:The anti-infective regimen for one lower limb infection case was given evaluation and analysis. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The initial high level use of antibiotics for this lower limb infection case is not the optimal choice,instead,positive drainage and use of sensitive antibiot-ics were the most effective regimen for such case. Moreover,we should take fully consideration the economy in drug use the pa-tients with lower limb infection.
