血瘀与骨质疏松关系密切。血瘀证病理变化的现代物质基础研究是当今研究的一个热点。研究表明血管内皮相关因子与血瘀的形成关系密切,雌激素通过促进NO、PGI2等血管舒张活性因子的表达,抑制ET、Ang Ⅱ、TXA2等血管收缩因子表达而对血瘀证病理变化有一定影响。雌激素可能通过改善血瘀而影响骨质疏松的发生。
