为建立大花蕙兰丛生芽快繁体系,以大花蕙兰无菌苗假鳞茎为材料,用MS为基本培养基,进行6-BA、NAA、蔗糖和琼脂等多个正交试验进行优化筛选。结果表明:在MS+6-BA 2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+蔗糖18 g/L+琼脂10 g/L+活性炭1.5 g/L的培养基上诱导出来的丛生芽效果最好,诱导率高达80.52%;在MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+ NAA 0.4 mg/L+蔗糖25 g/L+琼脂10 g/L+活性炭1.5 g/L培养基上丛生芽增殖效果最好,增殖倍数为5.01;在MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+蔗糖10 g/L+琼脂10 g/L+活性炭2 g/L+香蕉泥100 g/L的培养基上,培养温度为28℃时,试管苗的生根最佳。

위건립대화혜란총생아쾌번체계,이대화혜란무균묘가린경위재료,용MS위기본배양기,진행6-BA、NAA、자당화경지등다개정교시험진행우화사선。결과표명:재MS+6-BA 2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+자당18 g/L+경지10 g/L+활성탄1.5 g/L적배양기상유도출래적총생아효과최호,유도솔고체80.52%;재MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+ NAA 0.4 mg/L+자당25 g/L+경지10 g/L+활성탄1.5 g/L배양기상총생아증식효과최호,증식배수위5.01;재MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+자당10 g/L+경지10 g/L+활성탄2 g/L+향초니100 g/L적배양기상,배양온도위28℃시,시관묘적생근최가。
In order to establish the rapid propagation system ofCymbidium hybridum, orthogonal experiment including the factors of 6-BA, NAA, sucrose and AGAR were carried out by taking the vaccine pseudobulb as material and using MS as the basic culture medium. The results show that the induction effect of MS + 6 - BA 2.5 mg/L + 0.5 mg/L NAA + sucrose 18 g/L + AGAR 10 g/L + activated carbon 1.5 g/L is the best, and the induction rate is as high as 80.52%. proliferation effect of multiple shoot clumps on the culture medium of MS + 6 - BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.4 mg/L + sugar 25 g/L + AGAR 10 g/L + active carbon 1.5 g/L is the best with proliferation ratio of 5.01. on the medium MS + NAA1.0 mg/L + sucrose 10 g/L + AGAR 10 g/L + activated carbon 2 g/L + banana puree 100 g/L, the tube seedlings got the best root system when the cultivating the temperature is 28℃.
