目的:建立海藻酸钙敷料中钙、铁、钠离子含量的测定方法。方法:以镧溶液为释放剂,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法定量测定海藻酸钙敷料中C a2+离子及N a+、F e3+离子含量。结果:C a2+、N a+、F e3+离子的线性范围2.0μg/m L~10.0μg/m L(r=0.9999),0.1μg/m L~0.5μg/m L(r=0.9996),3.0μg/m L~7.0μg/m L(r=0.9996);加样回收率(n=6)分别为102%,99.0%,97.5%,R S D分别为2.5%,2.1%,1.2%。结论:该方法准确、可靠,重复性良好,可用于海藻酸钙敷料中钙、铁、钠离子含量的测定。
目的:建立海藻痠鈣敷料中鈣、鐵、鈉離子含量的測定方法。方法:以鑭溶液為釋放劑,採用火燄原子吸收分光光度法定量測定海藻痠鈣敷料中C a2+離子及N a+、F e3+離子含量。結果:C a2+、N a+、F e3+離子的線性範圍2.0μg/m L~10.0μg/m L(r=0.9999),0.1μg/m L~0.5μg/m L(r=0.9996),3.0μg/m L~7.0μg/m L(r=0.9996);加樣迴收率(n=6)分彆為102%,99.0%,97.5%,R S D分彆為2.5%,2.1%,1.2%。結論:該方法準確、可靠,重複性良好,可用于海藻痠鈣敷料中鈣、鐵、鈉離子含量的測定。
목적:건립해조산개부료중개、철、납리자함량적측정방법。방법:이란용액위석방제,채용화염원자흡수분광광도법정량측정해조산개부료중C a2+리자급N a+、F e3+리자함량。결과:C a2+、N a+、F e3+리자적선성범위2.0μg/m L~10.0μg/m L(r=0.9999),0.1μg/m L~0.5μg/m L(r=0.9996),3.0μg/m L~7.0μg/m L(r=0.9996);가양회수솔(n=6)분별위102%,99.0%,97.5%,R S D분별위2.5%,2.1%,1.2%。결론:해방법준학、가고,중복성량호,가용우해조산개부료중개、철、납리자함량적측정。
Objective: to establish a content determination method for Calcium Alginate Dressing. Methods:A flame atomic absorption spectrometry were used to determine Ca2+, Na+, Fe3+ ions Concentrations in the Calcium Alginate Dressing with Lanthanum solution as releasing agent. Result:Ca2+, Na+, Fe3+ions had good linearity in the ranges of 2.0μg/mL~10.0μg/mL(r=0.9999);0.1μg/mL~0.5μg/mL(r=0.9996);3.0μg/mL~7.0μg/mL(r=0.9996), respectively;the average recoveries were 102%, 99.0%, 97.5%;RSD were 2.5%, 2.1%, 1.2%. Conclusion:This method is accurate with good repeatability, which can be used for the determination of the Ca2+, Na+, Fe3+ions concentrations in the Calcium Alginate Dressing.
