采用不同质量浓度的自制多氨基化合物(RSD)对桑蚕丝织物进行功能化改性,对接枝前后桑蚕丝织物的结构与性能进行了测试,结果表明:酰胺Ⅰ的无规构象峰发生了蓝移,而酰胺Ⅱ的β折叠峰发生了红移,变化幅度较小;RSD为5 g/L时,对桑蚕丝的纵向微观形态影响较小,染色效果较理想且力学性能变化不大;经RSD接枝改性后的桑蚕丝织物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均有较好的抑菌效果,分别达到89.30%、86.94%以上;改性前后织物的风格变化较小.

Silk fabric was treated with different concentration of the self-made multi-amidine com-pounds (RSD), the structure and properties of the mulberry silk fabric before and after grafting were analyzed. The results showed that the random conformation peak of amide Ⅰ occurred blue shift and β folded peak of amide Ⅱ showed red shift, but the change was little. When the concentration of RSD was 5 g/L, the change of vertical microstructure of mulberry silk was smal , the dyeing effect was ideal and the mechanical property changed a little. The mulberry silk fabric after modification of RSD achieved better antibacterial effect to S. aure-us and E. coli, and the inhibition rate was more than 89.30% and 86.94%, respectively. In addition, the fabric style before and after treatment changed a little.
