选用8种不同纤维素酶对未染色和经硫化染料染色的纯棉纬编针织物进行处理,通过测试织物毛羽去除率、残液还原糖含量、织物顶破强力,对比分析了不同纤维素酶以及酶中氨基酸含量和组分对织物作用效果的影响。结果表明,在活力相当的情况下,总蛋白含量越高,毛羽去除效果越好;天冬氨酸含量较高的纤维素酶作用效果更加显著。

Eight selected cellulases were employed to treat the undyed and surphur dyed cotton knitted fabrics. The hairiness removal percentage, reducing sugar content in the residue bath and bursting strength of treated fabric were measured and analyzed. The effects of cellulose varieties, amino acid content and composi-tion in each cellulase on the enzymatic action were analyzed. The results showed that higher total protein con-tent endowed fabric with better hairiness removal percentage, and relative high Asp content exhibited stron-ger enzymatic action.
