采用Na2CO3脱胶法从蚕茧中提取丝胶作为还原剂和分散剂制备纳米银溶胶.通过ATR-FTIR、TEM、UV-vis等进行了表征,研究了丝胶用量、硝酸银质量浓度、pH、反应温度、反应时间对纳米银溶胶的影响.结果表明,Na2CO3脱胶法提取的丝胶中,丝胶Ⅲ制得的纳米银溶胶性能较好,所制得的纳米银粒子呈球形;合适的纳米银溶胶制备工艺为:15 mL丝胶Ⅲ提取液,2 g/L硝酸银溶液4 mL,pH=9~11,反应温度90℃,反应时间30 min.
採用Na2CO3脫膠法從蠶繭中提取絲膠作為還原劑和分散劑製備納米銀溶膠.通過ATR-FTIR、TEM、UV-vis等進行瞭錶徵,研究瞭絲膠用量、硝痠銀質量濃度、pH、反應溫度、反應時間對納米銀溶膠的影響.結果錶明,Na2CO3脫膠法提取的絲膠中,絲膠Ⅲ製得的納米銀溶膠性能較好,所製得的納米銀粒子呈毬形;閤適的納米銀溶膠製備工藝為:15 mL絲膠Ⅲ提取液,2 g/L硝痠銀溶液4 mL,pH=9~11,反應溫度90℃,反應時間30 min.

Nano-silver sol was prepared using sericin as reducing agent and dispersing agent, which was extracted from cocoons with sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) degumming method. The products were character-ized by ATR-FTIR, TEM and UV-vis. The effects of sericin dosage, silver nitrate concentration, pH, reaction temperature and time on the formation of nano-silver sol were studied. The results showed that the nano-sil-ver sol prepared by extracted sericin Ⅲ had the best properties. Spherical nano-silver particles were obtained and the proper technology of preparing nano-silver sol was that 15 mL of sericin Ⅲ extracted solution, 4 mL silver nitrate solution (2 g/L) and reacted at 90℃for 30 min under pH=9~11.
