目的:探讨电刺激生物反馈结合产后运动治疗对初产妇产后盆底康复的效果。方法:选取初产妇59例,随机分为3组:实验组、对照组1和对照组2。实验组在产后42d进行电刺激生物反馈和产后运动共训练8周;对照组1产后42 d进行产后运动共8周;对照组2为空白对照。分别在产后42 d和训练后8周对所有产妇盆底肌的恢复情况根据盆底肌力、尿失禁情况和膀胱颈活动度进行评估。结果:训练后8周3组的压力性尿失禁发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练8周后实验组和对照组1膀胱角度和膀胱颈旋转角度都要小于对照组2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验组要小于对照组1;而盆底肌力测定,实验组与对照组1和对照组2比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05),而对照组1与对照组2比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电刺激生物反馈结合产后运动能更好的促进产后盆底康复,能更好的预防产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的发生。

Objectives:To evaluate the efficacy of electromyography stimulation combined with biofeedback training and pelvic floor muscle training on female postpartum recovery.Methods:59 primiparas were randomly divid-ed into three groups:study group,control group 1 and control group 2.All of the objects were evaluated by the pelvic floor muscle strength,incidence of stress urinary incontinence (SUI)and bladder neck mobility 42 days after delivery and 8 weeks after training.Results:After training,the incidence of SUI had no significant difference among the three groups (P>0.05);the bladder neck angle and the bladder neck rotation angle of the study group and control group 1 were smaller than those of control group 2,with significant differences (P<0.05 ),and those of study croup were smaller than those of control group 1;the pelvic floor muscle strength of the study group was of significant difference from those of control groups (P<0.05 ),but no such difference could be find between control group 1 and control group 2 (P>0.05 ).Conclusion:The electromyography stimulation combined with biofeedback training and pelvic floor muscle training can promote postpartum pelvic floor recovery,and prevent pelvic floor dysfunction.
