目的：正确掌握睾丸扭转的临床特点，降低误诊率。方法：回顾性分析我院2007年1月至2013年7月收治的61例睾丸扭转患者的临床资料。结果：61例患者中，扭转超过24h者39例睾丸坏死予以切除。结论：加强医疗常识宣教，正确认识睾丸扭转，发病时到正规医院的专科医生就诊可减少误诊。

Objectives:To get the clinical features of testicular torsion,and reduce misdiagnosis rate.Methods:The clinical date of 61 patients with testicular torsion who had received treatment in our hospital between January 2007 and July 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The testis of 39 patients who had suffered from testicular torsion for more than 24 hours were necrotic and removed.Conclusions:Strengthening the propaganda and education of common medical knowledge,and timely receiving diagnosis and treatment from specialists in hospitals will decrease the misdiagnosis rate.
