目的：探究姑息治疗晚期癌症患者的预后状况及其影响因素。方法回顾性分析60例行姑息治疗晚期癌症死亡患者的临床资料，分析影响预后的因素。结果中位总生存期（overall survival，OS）为16 d；经单因素筛选及多因素回归分析后，乳酸脱氢酶＞500 U/L、血清白蛋白＜30 g/L、卡式评分＜30以及谵妄等是影响晚期癌症患者预后状况的独立危险因素（P＜0．05）。结论姑息治疗晚期癌症患者的预后状况较差，与临床症状、卡式评分、乳酸脱氢酶及血清白蛋白等因素密切相关，应引起临床重视。
목적：탐구고식치료만기암증환자적예후상황급기영향인소。방법회고성분석60례행고식치료만기암증사망환자적림상자료，분석영향예후적인소。결과중위총생존기（overall survival，OS）위16 d；경단인소사선급다인소회귀분석후，유산탈경매＞500 U/L、혈청백단백＜30 g/L、잡식평분＜30이급섬망등시영향만기암증환자예후상황적독립위험인소（P＜0．05）。결론고식치료만기암증환자적예후상황교차，여림상증상、잡식평분、유산탈경매급혈청백단백등인소밀절상관，응인기림상중시。
Objective To investigate the prognosis and its influencing factors of palliative care for patients with ad -vanced cancer .Methods The clinical data of 60 patients died of advanced cancer who treated by palliative care were retrospec -tively analyzed,and its influence factors were also analyzed.Results The median overall survival(OS) was 16 days.After logis-tic single factor screening and multi-factor analysis ,lactic dehydrogenase >500 U/L,serum albumin <30 g/L,Karnofsky perform-ance score<30 and delirium were the independent risk factors for prognosis in patients with advanced cancer (P<0.05).Con-clusion The prognosis of palliative care for patients with advanced cancer is poor ,it is closely related to the clinical symptoms , lactic dehydrogenase ,serum albumin and Karnofsky performance ,and close attention should be paid to it in clinical practice .
