目的:探讨乳腺癌影像学检查BIRADS(乳腺影响报告数据系统)分级与其临床病理生物学指标的关系。方法回顾性分析63例乳腺癌患者的临床病理资料。结果乳腺癌病理组织学分级与钼靶、MRI分类呈正相关性( R=0.328,P=0.009;R=0.281,P=0.026)。乳腺癌肿瘤大小、肿瘤组织分级与钼靶分类呈正相关性( R=0.267,P=0.034;R=0.268,P=0.034)。乳腺癌肿瘤组织分级与ER(雌激素受体)、PR(孕激素受体)表达呈负相关性(R=-0.019,P=0.031;R=-0.189,P=0.042)。 HER-2阳性表达与肿瘤大小相关,与B超和MRI分类也有一定相关性, ER阳性表达与钼靶分类相关,PR阳性表达与MRI分类相关。结论肿瘤组织学分级与BIRADS分类存在相关性,可根据影像学检查对乳腺癌的生物学行为和预后做出初步判断。

Objective To investigate the correlation among mammographic feather ,grade,pathology and molecular biolo-gy markers(ER,PR,HER-2).Methods Mammography was performed and the morphologic features were analyzed in 63 patients with breast cancer before the operation .Results Histological grading and the BIRADS features of the mammography ,MRI had positive correlation(R=0.328,P=0.009;R=0.281,P=0.026).Tumor size and histological grade and molybdenum grade was positively correlated(R=0.267,P=0.034;R=0.268,P=0.034).Expression of ER and PR was negatively correlated with his-tological grade(R=-0.119,P=0.031;R=-0.189,P=0.042).HER-2 expression was related with tumor size,HER-2 ex-pression had some relationship with ultrasound and MRI classification;ER expression was related with molybdenum target classifi-cation;PR expression was related with MRI classification .Conclusion There are some correlation between histological classifica-tion and BIRADS classification .The biologic behavior and prognosis of the breast cancer can be assessed according to mammogra -phy examination .
