目的:研究艾烟对健康成年人的血压、呼吸频率、心率、心电ST段、血氧饱和度等各项生理指标的影响,为艾烟的安全性评价研究提供依据。方法:30名受试者随机分为试验组(艾烟诊室)20人,对照组(无烟诊室)10人,试验组艾烟浓度控制在9~12 mg/m3。使用超思MMED6000DP监护仪监测试验前、试验中、试验后每位受试者的血压、呼吸频率、心率、心电ST段、血氧饱和度,并进行统计分析比较。对试验组受试者艾烟环境中的舒适或不适主观感受进行调查。结果:试验组和对照组在试验前、试验中、试验后各项指标比较均无统计学意义。艾烟环境前后,试验组各项指标比较无统计学意义。试验组有7例出现不适症状,2例出现舒适症状。结论:艾烟(9~12 mg/m3)对人体的血压、呼吸频率、心率、心电ST段、血氧饱和度等各项常见生理指标无明显影响,表明一定浓度艾烟是相对安全的。较高浓度艾烟会使人产生不适感受,因此艾烟浓度需要适度控制。

목적:연구애연대건강성년인적혈압、호흡빈솔、심솔、심전ST단、혈양포화도등각항생리지표적영향,위애연적안전성평개연구제공의거。방법:30명수시자수궤분위시험조(애연진실)20인,대조조(무연진실)10인,시험조애연농도공제재9~12 mg/m3。사용초사MMED6000DP감호의감측시험전、시험중、시험후매위수시자적혈압、호흡빈솔、심솔、심전ST단、혈양포화도,병진행통계분석비교。대시험조수시자애연배경중적서괄혹불괄주관감수진행조사。결과:시험조화대조조재시험전、시험중、시험후각항지표비교균무통계학의의。애연배경전후,시험조각항지표비교무통계학의의。시험조유7례출현불괄증상,2례출현서괄증상。결론:애연(9~12 mg/m3)대인체적혈압、호흡빈솔、심솔、심전ST단、혈양포화도등각항상견생리지표무명현영향,표명일정농도애연시상대안전적。교고농도애연회사인산생불괄감수,인차애연농도수요괄도공제。
Objective:To explore the effect of moxa smoke on blood pressure,respiratory rate,heart rate,ECG and oxygen saturation of healthy adults,and provide the basis for safety evaluation of moxa smoke.Methods:30 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group (n=20,moxa smoke clinic)and control group (n=20,non-smoke clinic).The density of moxa smoke was limited between 9 to12mg/m3 .Chaosi MMED6000DP monitor was used to record each subject's blood pressure,respiratory rate,heart rate,ECG ST segment and oxygen saturation before,during and after the experiment.Meanwhile we investigated the experimental group whether they had any discomfort feelings or not.Results:All the experiment indicators of the experimental group and the control group,before,during,after the experiment,were not statistically different.In experimental group,7 patients had bad symptoms and two had comfortable feelings. Conclusion:The moxa smoke (9~12mg/m3 )has no significant effect on healthy adults'blood pressure,respiratory rate,heart rate,ECG ST segment,oxygen saturation,which proved certain density of moxa smoke is relatively safe.While moxa smoke of higher density will make people feel uncomfortable,so it needs to be appropriately controlled.
