目的：观察荆朴洗剂治疗急性嵌顿痔水肿的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为2组，对照组30例，采用常规方法（传统手术）治疗；治疗组30例，在常规治疗的同时用荆朴洗剂（术前及术后）。结果：治疗组在中药外用后，患者术前的临床症状能明显缓解，术后伤口愈合较对照组有明显改善。结论：荆朴洗剂在急性嵌顿痔伴有水肿的治疗中能明显改善患者的临床症状，并能促进伤口愈合。

목적：관찰형박세제치료급성감돈치수종적림상료효。방법：장60례환자수궤분위2조，대조조30례，채용상규방법（전통수술）치료；치료조30례，재상규치료적동시용형박세제（술전급술후）。결과：치료조재중약외용후，환자술전적림상증상능명현완해，술후상구유합교대조조유명현개선。결론：형박세제재급성감돈치반유수종적치료중능명현개선환자적림상증상，병능촉진상구유합。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Jing Pu lotion in the treatment of acute haemorrhoid edema.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group,using the routine method (traditional operation)treatment;30 cases in the treatment group,and routine treatment with Jing Pu lotion (preoperative and postoperative).Results:The treatment group in the Chinese traditional medicine,patients before operation can relieve the clinical symptoms,postoperative wound healing than in the control group had significant improvement.Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of Jing Pu lotion can obviously improve the patients in the treatment of acute haemorrhoid accompanied by edema,and can promote wound healing.
