中医药科技成果评价在中医药创新发展中具有重要作用。文中对中医药科技成果评价的现状和问题、新形势下中医药科技成果评价发展趋势进行了分析，提出了建立第三方中医药科技成果评价体系的构想，包括选择并扶持若干评价机构、培育以需求为导向的市场、创新评价模式、保证产品质量、规范评价程序等。建立第三方中医药科技成果评价体系，将有利于提高中医药科技成果水平、引导发展、激发活力，促进中医药创新发展。
