采用自制的阳离子化丝素蛋白助剂对棉织物进行改性,研究了助剂对织物吸附性能的影响和改性工艺条件对染色性能的影响,优选出了最佳改性工艺条件。结果表明:改性棉织物采用活性染料无盐染色工艺,上染率和固色率均有显著提高,同时色牢度和匀染性也有一定提高。可见,经阳离子化丝素蛋白助剂改性后,棉织物可以实现活性染料的无盐染色。这将极大地减少染色过程对环境的污染,降低加工成本,达到绿色环保,节能减排的效果。

Cotton fabric was modified using self-made cationic silk fibroin auxiliaries. Influences of auxiliaries on adsorption of cotton fabric and modification conditions on dyeing properties were investigated, respectively. The optimum modification conditions were ascertained. The results showed that dyeing rate and fixation rate of modification cotton fabric with reactive dyes using salt-free dyeing process were significantly improved. At the same time, color fastness and levelness had also been improved. It indicated that cationic poly-acryl silk fibroin additives modified cotton fabric could be dyed through salt-free dyeing method using reactive dyes. This was able to reduce environment pollution of dyeing process and lower processing cost which lead to environmental protection, energy conservation and pollution reduction.
