基于虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW,以工控机为核心,开发了集运动控制、数据采集、数据处理、波形显示为一体的机械式变速器换挡性能试验台。介绍了试验台的组成、工作原理及程序设计,提出了基于人机工程学的换挡性能评价指标。利用该试验台对某变速器换挡性能进行了评价,结果表明,该试验台能够较好的完成换挡性能测试,运行稳定可靠。

Based on the virtual instrument development platform LabVIEW, with IPC as the core, a mechanical transmission test bench which has functions of motion control, data acquisition, data processing, waveform display is developed. This paper introduces the composition, working principle, program design of the test bench, the gearshift performance evaluation index based on ergonomics is proposed. Lastly gearshift performance of a transmission is evaluated with this test bench. The results show that this test bench can complete the gearshift performance test, and operate stably and reliably.
