目的：研究CBCT和全颌曲面断层片在上颌窦内提升术中的诊断价值。方法：选取43例共70枚上颌后牙区种植体，术中均进行上颌窦内提升手术。拍摄术前、术后CBCT或全颌曲面断层片，分别计算和测量牙槽嵴顶到上颌窦底的距离，观察3个月后种植体周围骨结合情况。结果：术前与术后当天X线影像显示，上颌窦底平均提升（2．43±1．2）mm，种植术后3个月，未发生骨结合检出率曲面断层为39．13％，CBCT为20．83％，经fisher精确检验，两者差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：利用CBCT获取术前影像、术后评价，更能有效地评估上颌窦区种植的手术风险，使上颌窦内提升术更加安全，近期效果满意．

Objective:To study the CBCT and Orthopantomography in maxillary sinus lift with the diagnosis and e-valuation. Method:Choose 43 cases with 70 implants of maxillary alveolar bone , and shoot preoperative and postoperative CBCT or Orthopantomography. Calculate and measure the distance of the alveolar ridge top to the bottom of the maxillary si-nus,and observe the situation of surrounding of bone combined after 3 months. Result:Preoperative and postoperative X-ray images showed that the bottom of the maxillary sinus average height that have been lift is (2.43±1.2)mm. Planting after 3 months,not bone combined with Orthopantomography was 39.13 %,CBCT detection rate was 20.83 %,through fisher test,P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference between both of them. Conclusion:The use of CBCT for preoperative images, postoperative evaluation,can effectively assess the risks of the maxillary sinus area planting. It is more safer in max-illary sinus lift,and the recent effect is satisfactory.
